Financing - Purchase Guidelines
1. Cash 1 (90%) - 5% Discount off base price with structured payments paid as follows:
- 30% at contract.
- 30% at completion of the structural walls and roof enclosure.
- 30% at completion of the interior and exterior painting.
- 10% cash at delivery
- The contract will include a provision for conversion to a finance program with the discount added to the financed amount.
2. Cash 2 (50%) - 3.5% Discount off base price with structured payments paid as follows:
- 20% at contract.
- 20% at completion of the structural walls and roof enclosure.
- 10% at completion of the interior and exterior painting.
- 50% cash at delivery
- The contract will include a provision for conversion to a finance program with the discount added to the financed amount.
3. Cash 3 (30%) - 1.5% Discount off base price with structured payments paid as follows:
- 20% at contract.
- 10% at completion of the structural walls and roof enclosure.
- 70% cash at delivery
- The contract will include a provision for conversion to a finance program with the discount added to the financed amount.
All the contracts must be signed within 30 days of reservation deposit!
Payments and APRs quoted are based on a four year fixed rate loan which will turn into an adjustable rate mortgage at the end of the fixed period. The loan is amortized over 20 year (240 months) and is tied to the 6 month LIBOR Index – currently at 4.991. All rates and APRs are current as of 3/24/06, are subject to change without notice, and cannot be guaranteed until a formal offer is accepted and the loan is locked.
